Declaration of Principles on Human Rights

in accordance with the requirements of the Act on Corporate Due Diligence in Supply Chains of 16 July 2021

As a company with international business relationships, Sanders Imagetools is aware of its responsibility and is therefore committed to improving the global human rights law along our supply chains and making its business relationship social for all parties involved regarding to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Globalization and technological progress are leading to an ever-increasing interdependence of international markets, which brings with it both opportunities and challenges. By opening up new markets and production facilities, jobs and prosperity are created in the countries of origin. At the same time, it must be ensured that internationally recognised human rights are respected in the supply chains and that their enforcement is not hindered by a lack of transparency.

We, Sanders Imagetools, are committed to respecting, protecting and complying with the human rights of the individual.

We will live up to this responsibility as a company, regardless of the ability or willingness of states to fulfil their obligation to protect human rights.

Sanders Imagetools is setting up a risk management system to detect human rights violations within the supply chain in good time and to eliminate them effectively. On the basis of a risk analysis, measures are taken to identify violations of human rights in advance and, if possible, to proactively exclude them.

This includes our understanding to pay fair wages, work towards decent working conditions on site and prevent the exploitation of children.

For us, equal rights for all are a matter of course.

We do not discriminate against anyone on the basis of gender, ancestry, race, language, home and origin, faith, religious or political views or on the basis of a disability. We expressly oppose any use of physical, sexual and psychological violence and harassment. We reject corruption as well as child and forced labour as well as human trafficking.

Sanders Imagetools is committed to comply with these guidelines and trains its employees to live these values in the company. This begins with the conscious perception of violations of these principles, which are taken up and processed via defined processes in order to then result in suitable measures for operation. This also applies to information provided by third parties.
